New Delhi, Aug. 17 The Malaysian Government is ready to provide multiple entry visas to more Indians in an effort to ensure that they can travel to Malaysia without much problem, the Minister for Tourism, Dr Yen Yen, said here on Monday.

Addressing a press conference at the start of a six-day five-city tour to attract more Indians to visit Malaysia, Dr Yen pointed out that the number of Indian tourist arrivals had increased to more than 5 lakh in 2008 up from 29,000 visitors in 2000.

The Minister also launched a new promotion — ‘One Malaysia endless experiences’ — campaign which offers an individual passenger return airfare and three night hotel accommodation in Kuala Lumpur for Rs 17,000.
