Kochi, Aug. 14

Vodafone Essar has launched an SMS service for movie enthusiasts in Kerala whereby customers would be able to book their movie tickets by simply sending an SMS, saving them long waits in queues. The service will enable them to book movie tickets from the comfort of their homes or even while they travel. Customers would have to send an SMS “BALCONY” to 52627 to make their booking. The service will be charged at Rs 5/SMS. Complete booking details would be sent t o each of the customers through a response message. The service is currently available at 55 theatres across the State.
