Crisil’s Ravimohan to quit

Mumbai, Aug . 6

After a 15-year long tenure with Crisil, Mr R. Ravimohan, will be quitting as the non-executive Chairman of the board of directors of Crisil and Standard & Poor’s representative for South and Southeast Asia at the end of August. In his place, Ms Roopa Kudva, has been named as S&P’s Region Head for South Asia. This is in addition to her current responsibilities as Managing Director and CEO, Crisil.
