Ahmedabad, Aug. 5 Dr Y. Venugopal Reddy, who served as Governor of the Reserve Bank of India until September, 2008, will soon be joining the Board of Governors of the Institute of Rural Management Anand (IRMA).

Dr Reddy, who had also worked as an Executive Director to the International Monitory Fund (IMF), is the latest addition to the IRMA Board of Governors, which recently inducted Mr Kiran Karnik (former President, NASSCOM), Dr Sudarshan Iyengar (Vice-Chancellor, Gujarat Vidyapith), Mr Rahul Kumar (Managing Director, Amul), and Mr Sangram Chaudhary (Managing Director, Banas Dairy), according to an IRMA release here.
