Mr P. Soundara Rajan has taken charge as Hindustan Aeronautics Ltd’s new Director, Corporate Planning & Marketing. He will spearhead activities in planning, marketing, customer services, quality, projects, management services and information technology, an official release said. Prior to this, he was General Manager (Projects) at Corporate Office. Mr Rajan, who hails from Madurai in Tamil Nadu, is electrical engineer and MBA. He joined HAL as a management train ee in 1975 and during his 33-year stint, served as Resident Manager at HAL’s Liaison Office at the Indian High Commission, UK, from 1998 to 2001.
