Rock bottom?

The water level at Hussainsagar Lake in Hyderabad has fallen steeply owing to poor inflow. The State has so far received only half the normal rainfall and drought-like situation prevails in many parts of the State. About 34 lakh hectares of land have been sown out of 50 lakh hectares earmarked for sowing this year.
