A utomotive Manufacturers has announced the opening up of their Rs 10-crore 3-S (sales, service and spare parts) facility at Hydernagar here to enhance the quality of sales and service for Mahindra & Mahindra under one roof. This also includes various financial and insurance support services. Inaugurating the facility here today, the Zonal Head, South Mahindra & Mahindra, Mr Sunil Lohani, said that the Automotive Manufacturers group has been rated the top dealership in the country for the past six years in a row. The Automotive group is also topping the JD Power Scores in sales and customer satisfaction. The company sold 4,794 vehicles during 2008-2009 as against 4,488 units a year before despite the market slowdown, said Mr Rajiv Sanghvi, Executive Director of Automotive Manufacturers. – Our Bureau
