New tool from Global Outlook

Hyderabad, July 31

GlobalOutlook, software-as-a-service (SaaS) solutions provider, will shortly launch Unified Communications solution, allowing the users to get e-mails, voice mails and messages and live meeting calls in their Outlook mailbox.

Using the Microsoft’s solution, the Hyderabad-based company has developed a white label platform (that allows clients use their own labels), facilitating users to channelise different forms of communications to one e-mail account. “We will be releasing this solution very soon. This will help companies cut down on costs and time as the service aggregates different kinds of communication services from different service providers,” Mr Dayakar Puskoor, Executive Chairman of GlobalOutlook, said.
