OBC presents dividend cheque

New Delhi, July 22

Oriental Bank of Commerce (OBC) has paid Rs 93.44 crore to the Centre towards dividend for the financial year 2008-09. The dividend cheque for this amount was presented to the Finance Minister, Mr Pranab Mukherjee, by Mr Alok K. Misra, OBC’s Chairman & Managing Director, here today. OBC had declared a dividend of 73 per cent for 2008-09, higher than the 47 per cent-dividend declared for the previous year.
