Additional directors at Infotech

Hyderabad, July 22 Infotech Enterprises Ltd has announced the appointment of Mr K. Ramachandran and Mr Jaitirth Rao as additional directors on its board.

Mr Ramachandran started his career with the Tata Group and was also at the helm in Philips India, while Mr Rao (Jerry Rao), who established MphasiS Corporation, is actively involved with the CII and is the former chairman of the National Association of Software and Services Companies.
