Punj Lloyd to raise Rs 1,500 cr

New Delhi, June 26

Engineering and construction firm Punj Lloyd said its board has approved raising up to Rs 1,500 crore through the issue of securities. “The board of directors, at its meeting here, has approved raising of funds through issue of appropriate securities for an amount not exceeding Rs 1,500 crore,” Punj Lloyd said in a filing to the Bombay Stock Exchange. The proposal is subjected to the shareholders’ approval, the filing added. — Our Bureau
