FKCCI export awards

Bangalore, June 23

The Federation of Karnataka Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FKCCI), on Tuesday, presented export awards for the fourth consecutive year to exporters of the State. Mangalore Refinery and Chemicals Ltd bagged the ‘star exporter’ award in the manufacturer category, MMTC Ltd in the ‘merchant’ or trade category and Infosys Technologies in the services category. Those present at the award function included Mr Katta Subramanya Naidu, State Minister for Excise, IT, BT and Information Technology; Mr T.C. Venkat Subramanian, Chairman and Managing Director, EXIM Bank of India; Mr A.V. Muralidharan, Chairman and Managing Director, Export Credit Guarantee Corporation; and Mr C.H. Narasimha Rao, General Manager (MID Corporate), State Bank of India, Bangalore. –
