Alliances & Joint Ventures Dentsu India, Serco tie-up for loyalty practice Our Bureau Mumbai, June 12 Dentsu India has announced the launch of ‘ClozR Communications’, its new customer relationship management (CRM) and loyalty practice in joint partnership with Serco BPO. Focusing on one-to-one brand communication both in the digital and offline space, ClozR Communications will work towards creating relationships between clients, their customers and consumers. With ClozR, Dentsu India will strengthen the value-based proposition to clients, also bringing in the technical expertise for deliveries to the entity. Serco will provide the CRM experience and process understanding along with the re-sourcing to the entity, which has been garnered over the last decade in the CRM and loyalty practice space.
