Mahindra Powerol showroom

Visakhapatnam, June 12

Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd's Powerol showroom was inaugurated here on Thursday night by Mr Sachin Nijhawan, General Manager (Retail). He said on the occasion that it was the 61st showroom selling diesel generators in the range of 5 KVA to 320 KVA, mainly to industrial units. The showroom will cater to the needs of the three north-coastal districts of Visakhapatnam, Vizianagaram, and Srikakulam. He said the generators were known for their compact size, low vibration and fuel efficiency. The generator division of the group, called Mahindra Powerol, achieved Rs 1,000 crore turnover in 2008-09, selling 52,000 DG sets. - Our Bureau
