Hyderabad, June 8

Price Waterhouse, chartered accountants, the statutory auditors of Northgate Technologies, have resigned recently. Consequently, the Hyderabad-based technology company has appointed Mr BSR and Company as statutory auditors to fill the vacancy till the conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting. A resolution to this effect was approves by the members at the Extraordinary General Meeting held recently, the company informed the Bombay Stock Exchange. –
