Allcargo, Hind Terminals in pact for CFS in Indore

Mumbai, June 1 Allcargo Global Logistics informed the Bombay Stock Exchange on Monday that the company entered into a joint venture agreement on May 30 with Hind Terminals Pvt Ltd for managing and operating the container freight station (CFS) at Pithampur in Indore.

The CFS has been commissioned and will be operated through a joint venture company, South Asia Terminals Pvt Ltd, in which Allcargo Global Logistics Ltd will hold 51 per cent and Hind Terminals Pvt Ltd will hold 49 per cent, the notice said.
