CBEC Member Batra moves to AAR

New Delhi, May 18

The Authority for Advance Rulings has a new Member — Mr J. K. Batra. Mr Batra was Central Board of Excise and Customs Member (Customs). Sources said the CBEC Member, Mr Rakesh Sharma, who oversees Service Tax and Computerisation, has been given additional charge of Customs.
