Indiabulls Sec buyback from May 14

Mumbai, May 13 Indiabulls Securities said on Wednesday that its buyback offer will commence on May 14 instead of May 6. The offer will close on March 5, 2010. On April 22, the company had announced that it would be buying back between 50 lakh and 3.9 crore of its shares at a price not exceeding Rs 33 a share. The company’s stock closed on Wednesday at Rs 28.20 on BSE, losing 3.09 per cent.
