People Our Bureau Mumbai, May 8 The selection and appointment of a Chief Executive Officer is likely to dominate the agenda at the board meeting of the Bombay Stock Exchange on Saturday. According to marketmen, Mr Madhusudan Kannan, who once headed New York Stock Exchange Euronext- Emerging Asia, Middle-East and North Africa, has emerged as the choice for the key post. Mr Kannan is currently with Bank of America Merrill Lynch. “The board of the Bombay Stock Exchange Ltd will meet on Saturday,” said a BSE spokesperson, but refused to discuss the agenda. The post of BSE CEO had fallen vacant last July after the resignation of the then CEO and Managing Director Mr Rajnikant Patel. More Stories on : People | Stock Exchanges
