IntraLinks ties up with Western Press

Mumbai, April 30

IntraLinks, a provider of critical information exchange solutions, has tied up with Western Press for exclusively marketing its solutions in the country. The alliance will bring IntraLinks online solutions for exchanging business-critical information to India; the two firms say that financial services professionals – including investment bankers, lawyers, and syndicated loan experts – will benefit from the new offering. On the other hand, Western Press has spec ialised in bulk printing for IPOs and more generally in the financial sector for more than thirty years, said Mr Bhupen Dalal, Chairman Emeritus of Western Press. IntraLinks counts 800 of the Fortune 1000 as clients, including enterprises such as AstraZeneca Pharmaceuticals LP, Bank of America, Deutsche Bank and the FDIC, according to a press note. —
