Allahabad Bank, UAE firm tie-up

Allahabad Bank has tied up with the UAE Exchange and Financial Services Ltd for inward money transfer services to give a greater push to its NRI business and to enhance its fee-based income, according to the bank’s Chairman and Managing Director, Mr K.R. Kamath.

The bank has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with the company, which would enable it to become the service provider in the area of inward money transfer under the two products, ‘MoneyGram’ and ‘Xpress Money’, Mr Kamath said.
