NCDEX Spot in pact with Riddhi Siddhi

Mumbai, March 20

NCDEX Spot Exchange (NSPOT) has entered into an agreement with Riddhi Siddhi Bullion (RSBL), one of the leading suppliers of gold, to jointly establish a nationwide bullion spot exchange. A new entity - NCDEX Spot Bullion - has been formed to develop a transparent online real-time spot exchange in bullion segment. The joint initiative aims at providing a transparent online spot trading platform for precious metals such as gold and silver.

NSPOT has already launched the gold and silver contracts with Ahmedabad and Mumbai as delivery centres. The new initiative aims to launch contracts in all major spot markets for bullion in Delhi, Chennai, Kochi, Kolkata, Rajkot, Surat, Vadodara and Bhavnagar. The alliance has already started its membership drive and as an inaugural offer, all members registering with NSPOT till April 9 will get free membership. - Our Bureau
