Tata Sons pledges 11.14% TCS stake

Mumbai, Feb. 13

Tata Sons has pledged 11.14 per cent stake in Tata Consultancy Services, according to a disclosure made by TCS on the NSE. Tata Sons pledged 10.89 crore shares of TCS, market value of which, as on Thursday, is estimated to be around Rs 5,550 crore. The promoters hold 76.21 per cent stake in the company.Tata Sons pledged shares of many of the group companies in the past few days. The promoter group pledged 13.53 per cent stake in Tata Steel and 14.50 per cent stake in Tata Power on Monday. The group pledged shares in Tata Teleservice Maharashtra Ltd (49.7 per cent), Tata Coffee (57.48 per cent), Tata Steel (13.53 per cent), Tata Motors (8.15 per cent) and Tata Chemicals (20.02 per cent). - Our Bure
