Our Bureau Hyderabad, Jan. 30 The 15-year association between State Farm Insurance of the US and the crisis-hit Satyam Computer Services will end on February 14. . Sources said the teams in the IT major are in the process of finalising the relevant transition documents. These documents contain source codes and information on various operations implemented throughout the contract period. Apart from the knowledge on mission critical aspects, the company, according to the contractual obligations, would also part with computer hardware to State Farm. After receiving the documents and hardware, the insurance major could revert to Satyam should any changes be required. The whole process is expected to be completed in the next two weeks. A Satyam spokesperson declined to comment when approached to know whether the company was making efforts to renew the contract. “We don’t comment,” the spokesperson said.
