Cybernet, F&S expand ties

Chennai, April 9

Cybernet-SlashSupport (CSS), a US-based offshore technology operations management company, has announced that Frost & Sullivan has expanded its "outsourcing engagement" with CSS. As part it, CSS will help F&S develop a 360-degree project feedback module that will work with F&S' project management application. In addition, CSS will develop solution that will equip F&S with the ability to leverage the information gained from its projects to spin off new projects called `Leveraged IP.' The offshore team at the CSS facility in Chennai will also develop IT solutions for F&S aimed at achieving more systems integration across applications. - Our Bureau
