Sanket, Royal Ceramics merger

Mumbai, April 7

Sanket International Ltd has informed the BSE that the board at its meeting held on Monday has approved the Scheme of Amalgamation of Royal Ceramics Industries Pvt Ltd with the company, subject to approval of the same and has recommended exchange ratio of 306 equity shares of Rs 10 each of the company, for every one equity shares of the face value of Rs 100 each fully paid-up held by the shareholders of Royal Ceramics Industries Pvt Ltd. —
