Regaliaa Realty plans serviced apartments chain

Chennai, Feb. 23 The Chennai-based Regaliaa Realty Ltd is diversifying its business with a chain of serviced apartments under a registered brand – Homcourt.

The first Homcourt will start operating in Chennai from tomorrow.

Mr D. Sudhakara Reddy, Chairman and Managing Director, Regaliaa Realty, said that the company plans to set up a chain of serviced apartments in Chennai, Hyderabad, Bangalore and Kochi, initially.

The company plans to invest over Rs 100 crore in the projects.
