United Bank cuts rates on loans

Kolkata, Feb. 14

United Bank of India has reduced interest rates on retail loans covering housing, education and personal segments, according to a press release issued by the bank. The highest reduction of 75 basis points has been in United Personal Loan segment, followed by United Housing Loan by 50 bps in floating rate across all slabs, and United Education Loan by 25 bps, the release added.
