Hyderabad, Feb. 8

Dr Reddy’s Laboratories Ltd has entered into an agreement with London-based SkyePharma PLC to undertake a feasibility study of a product (which has not been disclosed) utilising two of SkyePharma’s proprietary drug delivery systems. The costs of the study would be borne by the Hyderabad-based pharma major while SkyePharma would also receive an upfront payment. If the feasibility study is successful, full development activities would begin later this year, according to a release.
