Ikya gets $8 m from India Equity Partners

Bangalore, Feb.7 Ikya Human Capital Solutions Pvt Ltd, a Bangalore-based HR solutions company, has received a funding of $8 million from India Equity Partners.

Ikya, operating in the HR services area, offers a range of services including executive search, contingency recruitment, staffing and training solutions.

The company, set up in October 2007, currently has 11 offices in eight cities and plans of rolling out operations in 20 cities in the next few months.

India Equity Partners is a part of a pool of funds with more than $2 billion of capital dedicated to real estate, public and private equity in the country. IEP’s investments include Amtek India, Bharti Infratel, Mannapuram Group of companies and Ocean Sparkle.
