MCF conducts emergency mock drill

Mangalore, Dec. 19
Mangalore Chemicals and
Fertilizers (MCF) Ltd conducted
an on-site emergency
mock drill at its plant in Mangalore
recently. A company
statement said here on
Wednesday that the drill was
conducted to evaluate the
preparedness of the company
in tackling the emergency
condition.
Mr M.N. Jakkannavar,
Deputy Director of Factories,
Mangalore, Mr Ramesh Kumar,
Environmental Officer,
Karnataka State Pollution
Control Board, Mangalore,
along with external observers
oversaw the drill .
