Solix Technologies Ltd has announced that Rediff.com has deployed Solix Enterprise Data Management Suite (EDMS) to improve online performance. Founded in 1996, Rediff.com is a provider of news, information, communication, entertainment and e-commerce services. Solix EDMS provided the capability to design configurations for seven different custom applications, which enabled automatic archive and purge of transactional data into separate instances. This activity was carried out in about eight weeks. This ensured Rediff could meet the high performance standards their users had come to rely upon, according to a Solix statement to the BSE. —
