Colgate to restart trading on NSE

Mumbai, Dec. 15

Trading in Colgate Palmolive stock, which was suspended from November 29, will recommence on December 17, on the National Stock Exchange (NSE). The scrip had been suspended as the company had gone for a reduction of equity share capital. The company did not plan to split the stock, but rather decided to reduce its price to Re 1 each from the current face value of Rs 10 and return Rs 9 to each shareholder in cash.
