IPOs Industry & Economy - Electrical Goods Our Bureau Mumbai, Dec. 12 Transformers and Rectifiers (India) Ltd, manufacturing a wide range of transformers ranging from power generation, transmission, distribution transformers, industrial transformers and a wide range of speciality transformers, was subscribed a total of 83.16 times across the price band on the last day of its issue. Greenfield facilitiesThe proceeds from the proposed issue would be used for setting up greenfield manufacturing facility at Moraiya, near Ahmedabad, Gujarat, for manufacturing transformers and to part-finance incremental working capital requirements. The IPO of BGR Energy Systems Ltd was subscribed 112.28 times on the closing day of its issue. BGR Energy proposes to use the net proceeds of the issue to augment long-term working capital requirements, expand production capacity by establishing additional manufacturing facilities in India, China and West Asia and fund expenditure for general corporate purposes.
