Aztecsoft unveils new centre

Pune, Dec 12 Aztecsoft Ltd, software engineering services company, has today inaugurated its new centre in Hinjewadi, which will house 1,500 people and is spread over an area of two lakh sq ft. Mr. Samir Bodas, CEO, Aztecsoft, said the company has invested Rs. 40 crore for the centre.

The new centre has over 750 employees on its rolls and would take about three years to utilise the full capacity of 1,500 seats. It may be recalled that the company had laid the foundation stone for its new facility in Bangalore at Whitefield under the special economic zone scheme. He said the new Bangalore centre is was built to operate as another global delivery centre.

Mr. Samir said about 20 per cent of the company’s revenue came from the sustained engineering and professional services.

According to him, the fourth quarter was shaping good and that the company would be matching its guidelines for every quarter. Mr. Samir said the US accounted for 80 per cent of the revenue but it was targetting the non-US markets for growth.
