Vivimed Labs pref allotment
Hyderabad, Dec. 4
Vivimed Labs Ltd has decided to issue, offer and allot
18,80,000 warrants, convertible into equity shares to
the promoters and persons other than the promoters on
preferential basis. It has fixed an issue price of Rs 148 per
warrant as determined in accordance with the
Preferential Issue Guidelines of SEBI. The Hyderabad-based
company got the nod from its board of directors
who met on Monday. In a notice to the BSE, the company
said the board could not consider the allotment of shares
pursuant to merger of VVS Pharmaceuticals and
Chemicals Pvt Ltd due to non-receipt of certified copy of
the order of approval of merger by the High Court of
