After settling on Second Life, Wipro continues its ‘human resources and Web 2.0’ dance with a blog for students Campusarena. “Through Campusarena, we would like to facilitate one-to-one interaction with the Campus Hiring Team and Wiproites so that students get a sneak preview of what everyday life, work environment & culture @ Wipro is all about,” said Ms Priti Rajora, General Manager - Strategic Resourcing, Wipro Ltd, in a release. Bloggers fro m Wipro include senior professionals. Campus recruitment has been playing a critical role in the recent years with IT companies recruiting considerable number of freshers. Wipro will engage with over 20,000 students who are set to join in the coming years and subsequently expand the reach to a wider section of student community over the next few months. —
