Mr Joy Varghese has been appointed as the new Director (Personnel and Administration) of National Aluminium Company Ltd (Nalco). Mr Varghese was General Manager (P&A) at Kudremukh Iron Ore Company Ltd, Bangalore, before assuming the new office on Monday. With a master's degree in social welfare and Diploma of Merit in Scientific Research awarded by Loyola College of Social Sciences, Mr Varghese has completed his MBA from University of Ljubljana, Slovenia.
