DSK group in deal with Worldman

Pune, Sept. 19 The Rs 1,600-crore DSK Group, a player in construction, automobile, education, IT training and software development, has signed an exclusive deal with Worldman Technology Company Ltd, a TCL group company.

Ms Hemanti D. Kulkarni, Chairperson, DSK Worldman Computers Pvt Ltd, and Mr Milind Kshirsagar, Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer, told presspersons that the Group has floated the new company DSK Worldman Computers, to assemble, sell and service the IT and digital products of TCL in India.

Mr Milind said under this tie-up, TCL would offer its brand and technical know-how while the investment would be by DSK.
