Mumbai, Sept 14

DHL, one of the world’s leading express and logistics company, has appointed Mr Dan McHugh as CEO of DHL Express in Asia Pacific.

He will also chair the DHL Express Asia Pacific Management Board, said a release from the company on Friday.

Mr McHugh became the acting CEO in July, as Chief Executive Officer Mr Scott Price was named as CEO of DHL Express in Europe.

Mr McHugh joined DHL Express Asia Pacific in April 2005 as Senior Vice-President, Commercial, and is responsible for sales, marketing, pricing, market research, product development and customer service for the Express unit in Asia Pacific.

He is based in Singapore.
