Zensar Tech directors resign

Pune, Aug. 10

Pune-based Zensar Technologies, player in the IT and BPO services, today informed the BSE that four directors have resigned from their posts. Mr Ganesh Natarajan, Deputy Chairman and Managing Director, told Business Line that the directors who have relinquished their position are Mr Jack Noble, Mr Andrew MacNaughton, Mr AnthonyPipe alternate director to Mr Andrew) and Mr Petri Imberg (alternate to Mr Noble). These directors had moved out in July. He said they were part of the Fujitsu Board and “have no implications at all on the business of the company.” —
