Apollo Hospitals plans venture in Mauritius

Chennai, Aug. 1 Apollo Hospitals Enterprise Ltd plans to form a joint venture to set up a multi-speciality hospital in Mauritius. The joint venture has been formed with British American Investment Company (Mauritius) Ltd and is called British American Hospitals Enterprise Ltd.

Apollo Hospitals today informed the stock exchanges that it would hold 26 per cent of the equity capital of the joint venture.
