Cellular operator Aircel has roped in Mr Girish Nair as Corporate Vice-President and Group Head, Human Resources (HR) effective from July 2007. Previously, he was the Senior Vice-President for Global HR at Aztecsoft Ltd, where he spearheaded its HR initiatives including PCMM (People Capability Maturity Model). Prior to Aztecsoft, Girish had an 8-year stint with Satyam Computer Services, a company statement said. —
