Alliances & Joint Ventures Megasoft arm Xius in pact with US co Our Bureau
Hyderabad June 12 IT and telecom solutions provider Megasoft Ltd has announced that its telecom arm Xius, based in Hyderabad, has signed an agreement with the US-based Keystone Wireless, a MVNO (Mobile Virtual Network Operator), to host their telecom services. Through this exclusive, multi-million, multi-year Application Service Provider (ASP) agreement, Keystone Wireless will enhance the subscriber experience and competitiveness of the US marketplace. The US company Keystone Wireless will deploy the Xius Virtual Operator Integrated Services Engine (Voise) 3.0 convergent platform. Xius offers convergent communication solutions. MVNOs are a new breed of telecom solutions providers who offer services but do not own infrastructure of their own.
