Patni ties up with UK's Clear Tech

Mumbai June 12 Patni Computer Systems Ltd said it has formed a strategic partnership in the UK with Clear Technology Ltd, a provider of software solutions for the insurance and financial services industries.

Under the terms of the agreement, Patni will provide process consulting and system integration services to Clear. This will support Clear in its efforts to fully capitalise on growing demand for its insurance and financial services solutions.

For Patni, the alliance will open the door to a host of new commercial opportunities.
