PILOT PROJECT: Mr Hukam Singh, 97, the seniormost citizen to receive the Multipurpose National Identity card under a pilot project at Pooth Khurd village, Narela in Delhi on Saturday. The project plans to provide two million cards to people above 18 years in 13 districts across 12 States and the Union Territory of Puducherry.
