No plan to sell stake, says Air Deccan

Bangalore May 7 Low-cost carrier Air Deccan has said it has no plans to sell the airline's stake to Kingfisher Airlines nor is it in talks with the Vijay Mallya-owned company.

Referring to a statement by UB Group and Kingfisher Airlines Chairman, Mr Vijay Mallya, in Delhi on Monday, that he was interested in buying a stake in the Bangalore-based airline, a spokesman of Air Deccan said the airline had no plan to sell either part of the stake or the entire airline to Kingfisher Airlines.
