UAE recruitment pact approved

New Delhi April 13 To facilitate manpower recruitment between India and the UAE, the Union Government has approved an MoU signed between the two countries in the field of manpower.

The MoU was signed in December last during the visit of the Labour Minister of UAE, Dr Ali Bin Abdullah Al-Kaabi, to India. The MoU requires the recruitment to be in conformity with the laws of both countries. The MoU also provides all category of workers to have protection of the UAE labour laws.
