APSFC signs MoU with Virtus Global

Hyderabad April 11 The Andhra Pradesh State Finance Corporation (APSFC) has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with the New York-based Virtus Global Partners.

The global investment and advisory firm offers various services in the areas of mergers, acquisitions, India entry strategy, capital sourcing etc. The tie up will give APSFC, opportunities to promote overseas business needs of entrepreneurs.

The MoU was signed by Mr Ajeya Kallam, Managing Director of APSFC, and Mr Arvind Acharya, Managing Director, Virtus Global Partners, according to a press release from the APSFC.

The APSFC, one of the leading SFCs in the country, which has been providing promotional services and financial support to small and medium enterprises in the State, can now meet the export needs of the entrepreneurs, the release added.
