SITI sets up recruitment centre in Hyderabad

Hyderabad March 13 SITI Corporation has announced the opening of its new Offshore Recruiting Centre (ORC) in Hyderabad to augment its growing business and demand for its Talent Management Products. The new facility can accommodate about 300 people.

SITI offers value-added recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) services. It plans to double its workforce in the next 12 months and hire talent to deliver recruiting services to its international customers.

The SITI Corporation Director of Marketing, Mr Chandra Ponneganti, in a statement said, "as per Gartner and other surveys, RPO is one of the fastest-growing segments in BPO. This latest expansion is in line with our strategic plans."

SITI offers a combination of services and technology for maximising recruiting efficiency. Over 100 companies spread across staffing and non-staffing companies in Information Technology, Engineering, Software, Semiconductors, Electronic Equipment Manufacturers, Telecom, Pharmaceuticals, Financial Services, Health care, Government and Defence and others use SITI services and products.
